It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to paint your home, put on a new roof, start on an addition or re-vamp your landscaping! Start mapping out the desired changes, meet with vendors and draw up a plan!

Any exterior change needs to be pre-approved by your ARB(Architectural Review Board). This board is appointed by your Board of Directors and is made up of volunteer neighbors. Their job is to ensure the proposed changes meet the requirements and restrictions in Brighton Woods.

Once submitted, your ARB will schedule a meeting, either online or in person, to go over the application. They may have follow-up questions prior to the meeting so please monitor your email for correspondences.

Once your project has been approved, you can start on your project! Your application is good for 6 month, if your project does not begin in this time frame, please contact the ARB to renew the application.

Once your project is done, contact your ARB so they can perform a final inspection and sign off.
